Osechi

Did you eat Osechi on New Year's Holidays? I made or bought only what I wanted to eat.
I made Chikuzennni(筑前煮) and Namasu(膾). Since my mother makes Osechi for us every year, I made Chikuzennni for the first time. I tried cutting into a decoration for the first time, it was more easier and more fun than I expected. I remember when I was a student in elementary school. Because cutting into a decoration is similar to sculpture. I felt a lot of nostalgia. It was delicious and I will make it again next year. What is your favorite Osechi dish? Please let me know.
