White radish

I cooked all the parts of a white radish, like the peel and leaves. I bought it produced in Niigata. White radish can be used for various dishes and is cheap. When I was at my parents' house, I used to eat them as Oden and Kakuni.
I made Kinpira with a peel of white radish. Kinpira is a traditional Japanese dish. Also, I made Frikake with the leaves of it.
